Lazare Elite Consulting was born out of frustration — watching talented artists, producers, and labels get taken advantage of, misguided, or simply left behind because they didn't have the right people in their corner.
Founded in the Bronx, NY, we built this company from the ground up with one mission: to give music industry professionals the same level of strategic guidance that major players have always had access to — regardless of where they're starting from.
Over 15 years in the industry, we've seen what works and what doesn't. We've been in the rooms, negotiated the deals, and built the relationships. Now we put all of that to work for our clients.
